Our pricing system is straightforward and easy to understand. The engraving, sandblasting or imprinting on all of our products is included in the price of the product, unless otherwise noted. - All engraving/sandblasting is included in the price of engraved awards and giftware products, unless otherwise noted. This includes as many characters as can reasonably be fit onto the engraving area as well as a logo. We always send you an artwork proof, before going into production.
- We do have setup charges for our sandblasted items. These are one time charges, unless otherwise noted.
- If any extra attention is required such as digital cleanup of your logo artwork, we will quote these charges to you beforehand.
- We will accept returns on all unimprinted or non engraved products. We will fully refund your money less a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs. The cost of shipping the product back to us is the customers responsibility.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Money Orders. We also accept Debit Cards on location.
While we make best efforts to keep our site up to date, from time to time actual market conditions may change the price of a product. We reserve the right to change prices on the site at anytime. If a site price is incorrect on an item that you ordered, we will contact you immediately with the most updated price or help you choose a different item that is within your budget. From time to time we also make typos on the website, and we do not accept liability for incorrect spelling, printing errors (including prices), incorrect manufacturer's specifications or changes, or grammatical inaccuracies in any product included in our website.
We make best efforts to provide clear and color-correct product images on our site that best reflect the true nature of the products. However, web site images are inherently limited in their ability to communicate color, scale, and detail. We want to remind customers to be careful about making assumptions about products from the site image alone. We strongly urge our customers to order actual samples. If you choose not to evaluate a physical sample, we cannot be held responsible for the difference between the image as it appears on your monitor and the final product.
