3. Will I Have to Pay Sales Tax?
If you are placing your order from the US, you will not have to pay sales tax. If you are ordering from Canada, you will have to pay PST on your order, and GST on your order plus shipping. If you are in a Canadian province that charges HST, it will show up as GST and PST, where the PST amount will be the remainder of your province's HST rate on your order cost. Canada:

When you have decided on what you would like to purchase, fill in the form fields on that product page with all of your personalization options and add it to your shopping cart, where you will be taken through our five step checkout process.

8. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is dependent on several variables, namely order size, destination, and delivery speed. If you are ordering using our UPS shipping account, one of the steps in our five step order process is choosing your shipping method. You will be given a choice of shipping services with a cost based on your order size and destination. You may also choose to use your own shipping account and provider. We will gladly assist you in this.
9. Will I Be Able to Track My Order?
If you are ordering using our UPS shipping account, order tracking is currently available on the UPS web site (click here). We are working on integrating UPS Order Tracking into our web site.
If you are using your own shipping account with a shipper other than UPS, Abletrophies.com is unable to guarantee that order tracking will be available.

All orders from Abletrophies.com come completely pre-assembled and ready to present out of the box.

You may make changes on your order until the personalization process has begun, after this point, you will be required to cover any costs incurred for products rendered non-reusable as a result of non-reversible customization.

14. How Much Does Engraving or Imprinting Cost?
Engraving or imprinting is included in all product costs, unless otherwise noted. There may be a logo set up charge for logos or images that are not in our system. Depending on compatibility of the file format sent to us ( click here for engraving and graphics information ).
15. What is Your Processing Time?
Our processing time depends on the type of product being ordered and is listed on each individual product page. The time shown is the the number of business days required for production from the point of the art approval being approved.
16. What about returns?
Abletrophies.com will accept returns on products in new condition which have not been altered by a non-reversible personalization process.
17. May I see a proof of the artwork before it is engraved or imprinted?
Abletrophies.com will always send you an artwork proof for approval before going ahead with the personalization of any order.
18. Do You Offer Custom Items? What Types of Computer Formats Do You Accept?
Yes, we do custom awards. Please just send us your idea, and we can have a mock award created for you. We prefer to receive the following vector image formats: (plt, png, cdr, eps). We accept all standard bitmap image formats (jpg, gif, bmp, tif, etc.), but depending on quality, we sometimes charge a logo set up charge for converting these formats to a vector image format.
