How is engraving charged?
All engraving is included in the price of each engraved or sandlbasted award. This includes as many characters or logos as can reasonably be fit onto the engraving area. Just simply fill in the required engraving when adding the award or gift to the shopping cart. Just about any award or product can be personalized with whatever words, logos, names or sayings that you like. We always send an artwork proof to before going into production. Our graphic artists will work with you to get the fonts and logos postitioned in an esthetically pleasing manner, or in any way you have envisioned.
What about logos?
The engraving or sandblasting of logos is included in the price of the award. Simply just write the word "logo" on the line where you would like the logo engraved. In order for us to engrave your logo, we will need your logo artwork. Logo artwork must be sent in file formats that are acceptable for the graphics industry. These include all vector file types of .plt .cdr .eps. Simply saving bitmap files with these file extensions is not acceptable. They need to be real vector files. Vector Art Definition. However, we can pretty much take any kind of file format available. If you do not have your logo in these methods, artwork charges may apply. Jpegs and .gif file formats are low quality internet bitmap files, and generally would require some time of logo cleanup. This would only be a one time artwork fee. What will the engraving/graphics look like?
Our graphic designers will incorporate your text and logo into a format particularly suited to the award you have selected. We always will email or fax you an artwork proof, before we go into production.
What about large orders?
For your convenience, we will accept the engraving requirements in spreadsheet format(Excel) or document format. This is of particular use when there are many different names to go on hundreds of acrylic or crystal awards. When ordering, simply type in "engraving attached", and email us the required engraving.
